Due to the various physical difficulties involved with Goldenhar Syndrome, many types of therapy are recommended for our children. Some include:

  • Speech Therapy (to help develop both feeding techniques, and speech)
  • Physical Therapy (gross motor skills)
  • Occupational Therapy (fine motor skills)
  • And Many Others.

Due to my daughter's specific needs for developing all of these areas I took on a proactive roll in therapy for her. When therapists weren't readily available, I incorporated her different therapies into her daily play routine.

With always being on the lookout for great educational toys, games and books, my husband found a catalogue for Discovery Toys for me.

Discovery Toys targets their toys for specific growth areas such as:

    • Sensory Skills
